You can place your order online at Supta.ge.

• For legal entities: Registration is required before placing an order.
• For individuals: Orders can be placed without registration by providing only a mobile phone number.

The minimum order value is 50 GEL. Delivery in Tbilisi is free for orders of 100 GEL or more.

• Orders from 50 to 100 GEL: The delivery fee within Tbilisi is 5 GEL.
• Orders of 100 GEL or more: Delivery within Tbilisi is free.
• Corporate clients and partner companies: Delivery is free.
• Delivery to regions: Orders are delivered via Georgian Post. The delivery fee is calculated individually based on the size and weight of the order.

Delivery time depends on when the order is paid for.

• Orders paid for before 11:00: Delivered the same day between 11:00 and 14:00.
• Orders paid for between 11:00 and 14:00: Delivered the same day between 15:00 and 17:30.
• Orders paid for after 14:00: Delivered on the next business day between 11:00 and 14:00.

Orders placed on Supta.ge can be paid for using four main methods:

1. Payment by invoice
   This method is available to both legal entities and individuals and requires registration. On the cart page, click “Checkout” and select “Receive Invoice by Email.” You will receive the invoice link via the email address provided during registration and by SMS.
2. Payment by bank card
   This method is available to both legal entities and individuals. Legal entities must register or log in, while individuals are not required to do so. On the cart page, click “Checkout” and select “Pay by Card.” Payment can be completed through Bank of Georgia’s iPay or TBC Bank’s Flitt system. Cards issued by both Georgian and international banks are accepted.
3. Quick payment
   This method is intended for individuals and does not require registration. Enter your mobile phone number, complete SMS verification, and click “Pay with iPay.” Payment is processed exclusively through Bank of Georgia’s iPay system. After a successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation and invoice link by SMS.
4. Cryptocurrency payment
   This method is available to registered and unregistered individuals, as well as authorized legal entities. On the cart page, select “Pay with Crypto” and either log in or complete SMS verification using your mobile phone number. You will then be redirected to the CityPay.io system, where you can select your preferred cryptocurrency and complete the payment.

Available cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Dash, and Zcash.

If the product received does not match the order or is defective, it is eligible for replacement. Any discrepancy or defect visible upon receipt must be reported at the time of delivery and acceptance. Otherwise, claims related to such issues will no longer be considered.

The minimum order value for using Supta.ge’s courier delivery service is 50 GEL.

If the order value is less than 50 GEL, only pickup of a prepaid order is available at a prearranged time.
