Is there a minimum order amount?

Placing an Order

You can place your order online at Supta.ge.

1. Choose your products and add them to your cart.

2. Open your cart and select "Place Order".

3. Enter the required information and choose a payment method.

Businesses must register before ordering. Individual customers can place an order without registering by providing their mobile number.

Delivery Fees

The minimum order value for using our distribution service is 50 GEL.

For orders from 50 GEL to under 100 GEL, delivery in Tbilisi costs 10 GEL.

For orders from 100 GEL to under 150 GEL, delivery in Tbilisi costs 5 GEL.

For orders of 150 GEL or more, delivery in Tbilisi is free.

Delivery is free for corporate clients and partner companies.

Other regions: We ship orders via Georgian Post. Shipping fees are calculated individually based on the size and weight of the order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times in Tbilisi depend on when your order is paid for.

Orders paid before 11:00 AM are delivered the same day, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Orders paid between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM are delivered the same day, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Orders paid after 2:00 PM are delivered the next business day, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Other regions: Orders are shipped via Georgian Post. Delivery arrangements are determined individually.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using four payment methods.

1. Invoice - Receive an invoice link by email and SMS. Registration is required.

2. Bank card - Pay through Bank of Georgia iPay or TBC Bank Flitt.

3. Quick payment - Available to individual customers without registration, using a mobile number and SMS verification.

4. Cryptocurrency - Pay through CityPay.io.

Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or contains a product you did not order, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Check the products when you receive your order. Report any damage or discrepancies as soon as the order is delivered.

For distance purchases, consumers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the applicable terms and exceptions.

Minimum Order Value

You can also purchase products on-site for any amount, with no minimum purchase requirement.
