How are the payments made?

Placing an Order

You can place your order online at Supta.ge.

Legal entities must register before placing an order.

Individual customers can place orders without registering, simply by providing their mobile phone number.

Delivery Terms in Tbilisi

The minimum order value for courier delivery is 50 GEL.

For orders from 50 GEL to under 100 GEL, the delivery fee is 10 GEL.

For orders from 100 GEL to under 150 GEL, the delivery fee is 5 GEL.

Delivery within Tbilisi is free for orders of 150 GEL or more.

Delivery is free for corporate clients and partner companies.

Delivery to Other Regions

Orders are shipped via Georgian Post. Delivery fees are calculated individually based on the size and weight of the order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on when your order is paid for.

Orders paid for before 11:00 AM will be delivered on the same day, between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Orders paid for between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Orders paid for after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day, between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Payment Methods

Supta.ge offers four payment methods for your orders.

1. Payment by Invoice

Available to both businesses and individual customers. Registration is required. In your cart, click "Place Order", then select "Receive Invoice by Email". You will receive an invoice link via your registered email address and SMS.

2. Bank Card Payment

Available to both businesses and individual customers. Businesses must register or log in, while individual customers can pay without registering. In your cart, click "Place Order", then select "Pay by Card". Payments are processed through Bank of Georgia's iPay or TBC Bank's Flitt, using cards issued by Georgian or international banks.

3. Quick Payment

Available to individual customers without registration. Enter your mobile number, complete SMS verification, and select "Pay with iPay". Payment is processed through Bank of Georgia's iPay system. You will receive payment confirmation and an invoice link via SMS.

4. Cryptocurrency Payment

Available to registered and unregistered individual customers, as well as logged-in business customers. In your cart, select "Pay with Crypto", log in or complete SMS verification, and finalize your payment through CityPay.io.

Accepted cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Dash, and Zcash.

Product Exchanges and Returns

If the product you receive is different from what you ordered or is damaged, you can request a replacement.

Please check your order and the condition of the products upon delivery. If you notice any discrepancies or defects, let us know as soon as you receive your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for courier delivery from Supta.ge is 50 GEL.

Products can be purchased on-site for any amount, with no minimum purchase requirement.
