The disinfectant action against bacteria, fungi, salmonella and listeria is due to the presence of quaternary ammonium compounds (benzalkoniumchloride).Properties - advantages:- It cleanses in depth and disinfect at the same time.- Effective in a wide range of micro-organisms- Method of implementation in the food and beverage industries How to use: Cleaning and disinfecting of utensils:Dissolve 25g of product at 1L water (contained 250 ppm of the active substance).Allow product to act for 5 minutes, rub the hard dirt and rinse the utensils with water free of micro-organisms.Cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces:Dissolve 25g of product at 1L water (contained 250 ppm of the active substance). Apply the solution to the surface using a clean cloth or sponge and let the product act for 5 minutes. Rinse the surfaces with water free of micro-organisms. If the surfaces have not been cleaned before, dissolve 125g in 1L water. Note: When working with the product, use protective equipment.
