Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your account and associated data

Delete via the Supta.ge App

Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your account:

  1. Open the Supta.ge app
  2. Navigate to Profile → Settings
  3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your action

This action permanently deletes your account and associated personal data from our systems.

What data will be deleted:

Name • Phone number • Personal ID • Saved addresses

Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to access the app or prefer not to delete your entire account, you can request specific data deletion instead.

Email: info@supta.ge
Include in your email: Your registered phone number
Specify: What data you'd like deleted (or request full account deletion)
We will process your request within the timeframe specified in our privacy policy and confirm by email once complete.

Important: Order history required for legal and tax record-keeping may be retained as required by Georgian law, even after your account deletion.
